Refunds, Returns & Service Policy
If your nails become scratched or misshaped, we will fix them if notified within 24–72 hours of the original service.
You must schedule your repair within 7 days of the initial appointment.
We do not take responsibility for breaking, lifting, or infections after this time frame.
Refills done after the recommended 2–3 week period will incur an extra charge.
Design damage caused by the client may result in a repair fee.
We do not issue refunds or credits for change of mind.
If you are unhappy with our work, we will re-do the service at no extra cost, but you must inform us before leaving the salon.
Once you leave the salon, it’s considered that you accepted and are satisfied with the service.
Charges apply for any damage or repair due to lack of care or improper handling.
Gift Cards / Vouchers – Terms of Use
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to obtain a cash advance.
Expired gift cards will not be accepted or reissued.
MARIS BEAUTY is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to protect and manage their gift card usage.
