We are dedicated to giving every visitor exceptional service that is also valuable. We will work to be your number-one choice for all nail care needs through excellent customer service and ongoing education, while also setting the bar for spa environmental responsibility.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

  • If you tell the salon where you obtained the service within 24-72 hours of the service, we will fix your nails if they become scratched or misshapen.
  • Within seven days of receiving your initial procedure, you must schedule an appointment to have your nails corrected. Any nails that break, lift, or become infected are not our responsibility.
  • Re-fills that last longer than the recommended limit 2-3 weeks will incur an additional cost. If the original design is harmed, there will be a repair fee.
  • You simply changed your mind, so we can’t provide you a refund or credit note.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the work we perform, we will perform the service again at no additional cost to you, if you notify us as soon as possible after the service is completed.
  • You have already acknowledged and approved of the care given to your nails by the time you leave the salon.
  • If you cause damage, we will charge you for any repairs or replacements we must make.
  • For instance, your nails may get damaged (broken, chipped, or beginning to lift) because of your own neglect of them or the way they are finished.

Gift Card / Voucher Terms of Use

Your Gift Card cannot be used to obtain a cash advance or redeemed for cash. We are not obligated to redeem any Gift Card presented for redemption after its expiration date. Treat your Gift Card as if it were cash. Cards that are lost or stolen will not be replaced or refunded. You are unable to cancel your Gif Card. You are in full control of the use and security of your Gift Card.
