Reservation Policy
Your appointment is important to us, and we do our best to make every visit seamless.
Reminders: You’ll receive confirmation by SMS or email 48 hours before your booking, another reminder 24 hours prior, and a final SMS 2 hours before. Please confirm or cancel promptly.
Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will be treated as a no-show.
No-shows: Missed appointments without notice affect our schedule and other clients. After a no-show, credit card details will be required for future bookings. Repeated no-shows may require full pre-payment.
Late arrivals: If you’re running late, we may need to shorten your service to respect the next client’s time. Full service charges will still apply.
Rescheduling & changes: Please contact us as early as possible if you need to adjust your booking. Depending onnotice given, a partial cancellation fee may apply.
Booking requirements: All appointments must be made with an Australian mobile number. If you don’t have one, card details are required to secure your booking. These are stored securely and removed after your appointment unless you choose to keep them on file.
Gift cards & vouchers: If a gift card or voucher is used to secure a booking and the appointment is missed or cancelled late, the value may be deducted.
Group & Event Bookings
For group reservations, please complete the booking form with the exact services required for each guest.
Groups of up to 5 people
Cancel within 36 hours: deposit (50%) is forfeited.
No-show: full booking amount charged.
Cancel earlier than 36 hours: full deposit refunded.
Groups of 6 or more
Cancel within 7 days: deposit (50%) is forfeited.
No-show: full booking amount charged.
Cancel earlier than 7 days: full deposit refunded.
A 50% deposit and valid card details are required to secure group bookings.
