If your nails are scratched or misshaped, we will happily fix them if you notify the salon within 24–72 hours of your service.
Appointments for repairs must be made within 7 days of your original service. We cannot cover breakage, lifting, or infections.
Re-fills beyond the recommended 2–3 weeks will incur an extra fee. Damaged or altered designs may also require additional charges.
We do not provide refunds or credits for a change of mind.
If you are unhappy with the quality of our work, we will re-do the service at no cost, provided you notify us immediately after the appointment.
Once you leave the salon, you are acknowledging satisfaction with your service.
Additional charges may apply if repairs are needed due to damage caused by improper aftercare (e.g., nails chipped, broken, or lifted).
